Staging the Three Most Important Rooms
When showing your house to prospective buyers, each area is critical. However, there are three areas in particular that purchasers like to focus on: kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
How can you get such a stunning appearance in these rooms? Utilize these staging suggestions from industry experts.
Ensure that the stove, sink, and worktops are pristine in the kitchen. Additionally, the counters should be free of unnecessary items. You want to create the illusion of ample counter space!
Ensure that all food products are facing front in the cabinets, refrigerator, and pantry.
Maintain a clean and clutter-free bathroom, particularly around the toilet and in the cupboard under the sink. Personal objects should be removed off the countertop. Keep the shower curtain open if there is one. Assemble the towels and hang them neatly on the rack.
As a general rule, the more bathrooms that resemble those at a luxury hotel, the better!
Maintain a properly made bed in the bedrooms, ideally with matching covers and pillowcases. Ascertain that anything stowed under the bed do not protrude enough to be noticed.
Closets should be orderly, with nothing except shoes on the floor (neatly arranged). It’s OK to have a lot of clothing as long as they’re all properly hung. If there are objects in the closet that are not clothes – such as loose files and papers — keep them elsewhere.
Leave no garments alone on the bed, chair, or dresser, even if they are folded neatly. Nothing is in the washing hamper. Contact us for more free guidance! We are delighted to assist!
