Find and Rent

• We list your Apartment or House for rent.
• We the filter through the Prospective Tenants
• We schedule and show the rental
• We collect applications and conduct background checks, evictions, etc.
• We provide you with the top applicants and you choose who you want to rent to.

10% of the monthly Rent

Property Management

• We collect the rent and deposit into your account.
• We properly notify the Tenant if the rent is late.
• We follow all state laws to ensure proper documentation throughout
• We are the point of contact if the tenant has problems.
• We coordinate repairs, maintenance, and snow removal with businesses you recommend (or we can recommend).
